- Unlimited call center access and remote technical support during 9am to 6pm IST from Monday – Friday and 9am-12pm on Saturday
- Calls received during 9am to 6pm IST from Monday – Friday and 9am-12pm on Saturday will be responded before end of that business day.
- Web access and remote installation assistance for software updates and upgrades.
1.1 Telephone Technical Support:
Customers who have technical support agreement with Netzgate are entitled to receive technical support via telephone between the hours of 9:00am and 6:00pm IST. We will service a technical support incident immediately if one of our support personnel is available. In the event that a technician is not available, callbacks will be processed in the order in which they are received. Customers can expect to receive a callback by the end of the business day or sooner. Technical support callbacks will receive priority over all other support requests until all callbacks have been serviced. All public & national holidays- nonworking.
